Sponsor Levels
Supporting Sponsor - $2000 or above (or approved in-kind donation*)
Event Partner - $500 to $1999 (or approved in-kind donation*)
*In-kind donations will be valued at the retail value for the item(s) or an amount determined by event organizers based on the added value to the event. Sub-9 Productions retains the right to approve or deny all in-kind donations. Sponsorship packages can be customized through an agreement between Sub-9 Productions and a specific sponsor to fit that sponsor's need.
- Sponsors will receive exposure on our 2010 Brown County Breakdown t-shirts. Their logo will be featured on the back of 600+ participant and volunteer t-shirts.
- Sponsors will have a logo and a link to their website placed on the Brown County Breakdown official website and event Facebook page for one full year,
- Sponsors will be mentioned and thanked via public address system before, during and after the event.
- Sponsors will be mentioned in the Sub-9 Productions and Hoosier Mountain Bike Association e-mail newsletter (sent to over 1500 subscribers) and in the official recap story on HMBA.org and www.sub-9.com.
- Sponsors will have the option to reserve vendor space at the bike and product demo on Saturday, October 9, 2010. Vendors will be allowed to setup on Saturday and Sunday of the event.
- Supporting Sponsors will have the option of having one key element of the event named after that sponsor (including, but not limited to: Saturday night bonfire and pre-party, exclusive event campground, SAG stops, commemorative items, etc.) Supporting Sponsors will work with Sub-9 Productions to find the best and more agreeable fit for both parties
All Sub-9 Productions events are aggressively marketed and promoted through the internet and social media sites such as Facebook (including paid advertising), Twitter, YouTube, SmugMug and over 30 regional and national message boards. Sub-9 Productions encourages all sponsors to place direct links to the event website on their company website and web-related marketing materials to maximize exposure for both parties. With fifteen years of experience in the bicycle industry and bicycle advocacy, our network and connections are vast. Our events and sponsors get exposure!
